I purchased a home in Florida and needed to put my Massachusetts home on the market. I had no idea who to call. My Florida RE Agent searched the Boston area for me related to sales and selected Matt as the best in her search. Matt came to my home and we clicked right away. I had the preconceived notion, that this would be like dealing with a used car salesman. Boy was I wrong. We settled on a price and he went to work. His photo crew came in the next day. They did a layout with 3D that was astounding! All my relatives commented. It was unlike anything I had seen on the many homes I had viewed. Well, it did the trick! We scheduled a weekend open house, but it sold the day before at a much higher price than anticipated. Matt was there every step of the way for me. From purchasing the correct fire alarms to installing them. I had started the process in Florida for a mortgage. Once my home sold, Matt advised me that I could do both passing in one day. He told me, that I didn’t need the mortgage and the extra fees involved. I totally believe that he worked on my behalf over and above any other interests.
